Today on Hardball, host Chris Matthews had a discussion - and you may want to sit down for this because it's a real shocker - had a discussion about the so-called "Bridgegate" "scandal" in New Jersey, with guests David Corn and Joy Reid.
MATTHEWS: Okay. There was an editorial for action right there. It's like a little set of buttons. I said it's almost like in Manchurian Candidate, just show the queen of diamonds. Just show it, just show the words. Just say Benghazi and the right wing starts twittering and quittering and they go excited. And just say Fast & Furious to the gun guys out there, and they go crazy, you know IRS. But tell me about the PR and the method of operation and what it possibly has to do with a very clear, serious scandal in Jersey, which is on the record now.REID: And I actually watched that last night and was thinking exactly what you're thinking. It sort of shows you the extent to which the right wing media has sort of body snatched the political class on the right, where these myths that live in minds and nightmares and terrors and night terrors of conservatives in the base have now infected their ability to do politics.
Ha ha ha ha, stupid Republicans. Americans being dead is such a dumb thing to worry about, with your twittering and your ... you know I can't even do my sarcastic Matthews voice here. Because seriously, what the hell was he doing? Was he raising the roof or having a seizure?

It’s taken inside the hospital in Benghazi, the one where Stevens was taken. The hospital that Ansar al-Sharia used as one of their headquarters or they were ‘security’ at.
Amazing that we didn’t have better security in Benghazi— the hospital there was controlled by Ansar al-Sharia. Even if our people weren’t attacked— where were they to go if they had a medical emergency?
If there is a natural disaster here in the US they will guard and keep us from our homes and neighborhood if basic services aren’t available. They were too political and ambitious to look out for our citizens or they were up to something no good.
The Father of Lies is pretty brilliant. He is however not God, nor can he ever be, he’s just hell-bent on taking as many souls as he can with him when he’s permanently tossed into the lake of fire.
Those that don’t see this is a spiritual fight won’t win this one. The good news is that the war is already won. Death has been defeated, Satan has been defeated. By his sacrifice on the cross Jesus the son of God took all our sin, and if we confess with our tongues he is Lord and believe in him, we have everlasting life.
The war is for the souls of people everywhere, and we must fight like we never have before.

Does anybody else think it’s about more than just paving the way for Hillary with the NYT BS story coming out and all the other stories refuting NYT’s by reporting Al-Qaeda and a ex-Gimto prisoner were involved, like it was new news? That was reported days after the attack.
It is odd that it all started spinning like mad when Turkey and Iran were outed for laundering money— all the circumstances and details surrounding that story are VERY interesting. Also the timing of our playing kissy-face with Iran.

Maybe I’m seeing too much in it all and it is all just about Hillary’s rise?
Based on Obama and Hillary’s reputations and history, you know they were up to something no good. For sure. Its the only plausible explanation. They are both liars, so lying about Benghazi shouldn’t surprise anyone. The real question is, what exactly was the no good they were up to in Benghazi. Time will tell.
If you email Matthews about this, he will never answer you. I found that out several years ago. He is a coward in real life.
The human mind, by itself, is capable of far worse.
It looks like Einstein to me.
I am becoming more hopeful than I had been of that happening.
Just like it will be hilarious when Rev War II begins and Chrissy finds out members of the media are near the top of everyone’s list. Ha ha Chrissy..

It’s hard for me to look past how this all is so conveniently lined up for Hillary. They definitely seem to be getting their ducks in a row for Hillary ascendant.
