Why are all the faces distorted /blurred in that pic?

Usually they release passenger lists in a “crash”. I can’t find one. Doesn’t mean an “intrepid” reporter didn’t ask.
It appears they are wearing masks attached to the life vests. I suppose the masks allow for inflation via exhilation. If you look at the guy sitting on the wing, there appears to be a tube between the mask and vest. Note that the persons on the right have uninflated vests. Maybe they are attempting to inflate their vests.
