I was going to get my girlfriend “Kimber” in on the “hole” thing...
I watched the video of this and don’t see here the victim could have pulled a gun to defend herself.
She was stupid to be there alone in the first place.
Assuming she’s still standing after just the one blow to the neck, can she pull a gun and shoot him? Well, yeah she can but would it be legal?
Oh, I forgot, only outlaws have guns.
