Don’t count on him suffering blowback when the producers in NY start to Go Galt.

I saw the same thing happen close-up with Coleman Young in Detroit. The more people with wealth fled, the more he railed against them. The more he railed against them, the more popular he became with his base. And the bigger his vote counts got.

You nailed a point I made regarding the Chinese potentially buying up Detroit. The first successful Chinese business would be immediately looted, owners called racist, etc. Obama's people would never tolerate it. It is a self-fulfilling prophesy and it is sad that it is not obvious to anyone who has been paying attention.

The most interesting thing about New York is that when they move the financial distrct out of there, it is over. People with any money or sense would never go back to that pack of hungry wolves. DeBlas'e is just the leader of the wolf pack!
