Remember John Roberts — he and his wife adopted two children from Latin America (forget which country) but they have blond hair and blue eyes. Much was written about how racist the Roberts must be, when there are plenty of minority children to adopt here in the US.
I realize that Roberts totally bungled the Obamacare decision...however, his commitment to life is to be admired.

Right you are these children have blond hair and blue eyes. They were born in El Salvador but they are not Latino. Birth mom is an Irish colleen. She was brought to El Sal through a private company that expedites private adoptions. Private adoptions are mostly illegal in the US but not in many Latin American countries. Essentially Roberts and his wife had the financial resources to set up a private adoption is a way that barely skirts violating the law in both the US and Eire. Incredibly, even with this smoking gun in plain sight the the Bush people pushed his nomination. Repus didn't bring it up and the Dems were silent during the confirmation process. It is widely believed that Roberts knows that he had better vote the ‘correct’ way in certain cases or both his private adoption and the closet queen issues will suddenly appear on the front page of the Compost.
