1957 Velocette 350cc. In my youth, I saw a lot of Triumphs and Beezers, an occasional Norton or Royal Enfield, but cannot recall ever having seen a Velo.

America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi!

O stranger, tell the Lacedaemonians that we lie here, obedient to their command.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

The displacement reminded me of the CB350. It was a nice sized engine, big enough to take the two of us plus all our camping gear out to the Berkshires, but manageable enough to too around the streets of Boston.

I commuted to work for ten years on it, rain, shine or even snow.

I am not as “tough” as i used to be.
