Although this is mostly about individual liberties while being told to buy a product, the States have the power to just NULLIFY it, where individuals don't at the moment - think Robert's tax.
My best solution is to lobby/write/rally State Governors to ignore Obamacare. Then what, you ask?
Those States set up a real exchange with inter-state cross-over plans, as in competition, and tort reform to start.
The ONLY good thing to come out of the Roberts ruling is that the Fedgov can't reduce returned revenues if the States don't adhere to the new Medicaid requirements. That set a huge precedent. And as we all are reading, most of the applications for Obamacare is for Medicaid.
You want a 10million Man March? Forget DC, and go to your State Capitols! Organize THAT around the country! Just don't do it mid-week when people are working. I'd be in front of such an effort or just follow as directed.
Twitter freepers, my handle is Rhonda@StimulusFail. Please lets for the sake of getting this done put aside our disdain for twitville and Facebook and organize on every social media we can. We’ve got numbers here and can do something great if we all organize.
