Do you support Colorado’s authority under the Tenth Amendment to carry out this policy, even though you disagree with it?
A population imprison for minor pot charges is far more controlled, and costs us taxpayers a fortune while commercial prison owners mop up government dollars. Let the pot smokers provide the taxes. Let us not pay for the pot prisoners.
What about them smoking that garbage on city streets? Would secondhand marijuana smoke get innocent passersby high? I don’t want anything to do with any illicit drugs. I barely take prescriptions like antibiotics.
