How so? I was there. I was waiting for her to announce. Talking her up with everybody (you KNOW I have always supported her on the board). Then, when it didn't happen, and Cain got some movement, I donated money to his campaign and put his bumper sticker on my car in Madison, WI at a state government facility.

Then, when Gingrich won SC, I went with him, despite my reservations, as the best chance to stop Romney. By the time my primary came around, Santorum got some traction and I was able to vote for a good man who was unlikely to stop the Romney mechanism.

We don't know what would have happened if Palin announced earlier that she wasn't running. I do believe she could have stopped Romney if she decided to run, but she didn't.

I would not say my recounting is revisionist. It wasn't for me. And it is too early to even have enough history to revise. You could say it is speculative. And so it is.

They burned her church down with women and children still in it. Have you forgotten all the other things they did back then? Do you remember them stationing a slimy muck racking writer NEXT DOOR to her to spy on her and write a scandalous biography that even many of her enemies acknowledge is riddled with lies? Do you recall David Letterman, Bill Maher, Kathey Griffin and a hundred other celebrities and journalists and their over-the-top attacks, which continue to this day. Imagine someone renting a house next to the Obama’s in Chicago and peering through their daughter's windows. Can you see it in your mind's eye? Imagine the uproar!
