Manhattan is hardly decaying. And B’klyn has made a huge comeback. I’m still waiting for the gorgeous Grand Concourse to come back. But, it’s undoubtedly a rich person’s town now not a middle class one.
My Rhode Island sister-in-law used to say that the Best Thing about NYC was the Tappan Zee Bridge....by-pass the whole city going to & from New England!
