Question: How did a diver(s) in full wet suit and mask get in the water so fast, did the plane intend a water landing near a sub with divers ready? How did they get on the scene so fast and pull her aside based on the pictures?

The Coast Guard and or Fire Rescue units were nearby. It's been awhile, so I don't remember which agency was first on scene. There's a lot for you to read in this thread.
