And, why ask for IDs if there is nothing illegal going on?
Not sure about the state laws where this happened, but to be frank, some of these kids looked pretty young and I have no problem the LEO to ask for ID to check their ages...
Besides that, he was borderline asshat...
But, why ask for ID from the ones not carrying?
Then they need to get over it or be the folks harassed by LEO's.
