Note that with a “no permit concealed carry” ... the person has absolutely NO RECIPROCITY with other states that require a permit. That means that they can’t carry concealed in those other states with reciprocity.

SO ... that person MUST GET A PERMIT in order to carry concealed in those other states that require it of an Arizona resident - even though that person does not live in that state.

The solution is to move to constitutional carry in all states. Slow but steady progress is being made in that direction.

You can get a permit in AZ, even though one is not required.
