These charges make sense. It’s exactly the same charge that is filed against black thugs who target white victims in the same game. Isn’t it? Yes it is in at least one case; a Muslim in NYC was charged for an attack on an Orthodox Jew back in Nov.:

It’s worthy of note that it was the city who charged him with a “hate crime”, not the feds (as is the case of the Texas suspect).

As rockrr pointed out in # 40, that was a local prosecution. The Texas case is the ONLY one in which the blatantly-politicized Feds have brought charges.
