[Battle Axe]

My Dad was like Phil Robertson, loved to hunt and fish. It was my job as a kid riding home on the school bus, to scout the ditches and check for ducks. It is my favorite dinner, fillet of Mallard, cooked in mushroom soup with wild rice, green beans with onions.

I love duck (particularly in a Chinese restaurant), but it is difficult to cook (at least it is for me).

I tried to cook it once and absolutely ruined it.
