I like the little scisors on the signs helping them know where to cut it out. Except they didn’t. :-D I've been thinking this since I first saw these pictures a few days ago. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why the scissors are on the signs at all. Are we supposed to "coupon" the rally or something?
