Dozens, and they hate it. All of my buddies are senior enlisted.who have been in for at least 15 years. They’re disgusted.
It used to be that troops at 12 years in would consider finishing 20 for retirement pay. Those at 16 definitely would. I am seeing those two groups getting out. Not a single guy I know is staying in.
