My ongoing question, about this situation, and situations such as Paula Deen, is:

if someone says something which the liberals object to, does that person have to disappear from public life? Do they really have to be shunned, have their TV shows and book deals cancelled, and disappear as if they never existed??

And, why is it that the liberals decide on the criteria for something said, which is so shocking to liberals, that the liberals decide who is allowed to be on TV?

And, since Phil was basically quoting Bible verses, have we reached a point at which the Bible itself is considered hate speech, per liberal criteria? And again, why is it that liberal criteria are the criteria which decide who is allowed to be a public figure?

You need to understand that liberals are hypocritical.

Remember how all the liberals stood up in support of Martin Bashir when he said those awful things about Sarah Palin?

Remember how all the liberals stood up in support of the Dixie Chicks when they said they were embarrassed George W. Bush was from Texas?

But, now they attack Phil Robertson for speaking about his views on gays and want to prohibit his Freedom of Speech!

They are all hypocrites.

The Bible and Christianity were declared ‘hate speech’ years ago; you need to catch-up a wee bit.
