One more question - On Nov. 25, Kathleen Sebelius announced a "rules change" that exempts unions from paying Obamacare's reinsurance fee (tax). Union members enjoy extraordinarily generous health care plans. Why shouldn't they, of all people, pay the same tax that all Americans have to pay?

Where are the lawsuits challenging the President’s constitutional authority to unilaterally change a law passed by Congress? Where are the lawsuits challenging the law as unconstitutional based on the equal protection clause?
