New Jersey was not doing it until now, Christie Agrees to In-State Tuition for Illegal Aliens.

• there is a tuition rate for citizens of other states
• there is a reduced tuition rate for citizens of NJ
• foreigners are given the reduced tuition rate, whether they are present legally or illegally

Why does Christie (and others) favor illegal aliens over US citizens?
