From the article it says the boy is under 12 years old. Sad. While I might be tempted with the more gruesome penalties and tortures, that gives into my sinful desires of revenge. I think a dual hanging in the public square (and televised) would be a reasonable way to deal with them. If we can somehow get around the 20 year process of appeals, etc.
Sadly, they’ll get used to life in prison and still get their perverted sex while this boy will have to live with who-knows-what problems with his mental and physical health.
I suppose the most we can hope for is that they piss off the wrong inmate in prison and end up murdered.
