I sure wish Frank Cagle {the author of this article} was back as the Editor at Knoxville News Sentinel. KNS these days loves to pound on Conservatives but loves LaModerate Alexander so don't look for Carr coverage from them. I haven't seen KNS go after a DEM in years except for Judge Bumgartner. Not even any disagreement with Knoxville's Liberal Dem Mayor but they sure go after the county mayor. The current editor supports just about any DEM and DEM agenda. Of course he's from metro {Denver area} Colorado LOL.
