Now that arrest DNA samples are golden in the database FOREVER it will amount to the same thing.
Even if you do win in court and get money, they’ll still have your DNA.
I’m a blood and marrow donor, my DNA is already knowable. Heck, bigheadfred even knows my tissue type (don’t ask!)
