Can anyone tell if someone downloads it from that site? IP address? Sure. Internet activity leaves all sorts of traces on routers and etc. all along your path to wherever you go.

Internet activity leaves all sorts of traces on routers... Making it all the more imperative for as many folks as hears about it DL'ing a copy... [even if you just see that you can download it and then browse elsewhere]
