It is an accident, first, second the kid is under age, third, he was impaired so could not form the requisite intent for murder which is a specific intent crime, fourth, y’all appear to be angry because the kid has money

I know for a fact, if this kid was white trash and had parents on the dole, he’d be doing serious time. He’d have been tried as an adult and would be locked up till he had wrinkles and gray hair.
The fact that his parents have money is why he will certainly do this again.

Yeah it was an “accident” BUT the kid should still be held accountable for HIS actions.
Yeah the kid is underage, there are LAWS that pertain to underage drinking just like there are LAWS that pertain to shoplifting as well as LAWS that deal with drunk driving.... The kid violated all three.
If the kid was trailer trash, he’d be sentenced to several years in Juvie hall, but once again money talks and perps walk.
I don’t care whether the kid has money or not. This was an injustice to the victims. Wouldn’t you be happier on a liberal website?
