These people are absolutely deranged. Their moorings have become detached from the pier of reality.
So, Kathleen would like us to believe people LIKE the idea of having insurance plans they like, preferred and believed were appropriate for their needs, to be replaced with unwanted “coverage” that in some cases have doubled in premium costs and deductibles.
Oh yeah...they’re just thrilled.
