Conservative activists are hitting back.
More than 50 high profile conservatives signed onto a statement Wednesday responding to both House Speaker John Boehners harsh words for conservative groups earlier in the day and to the firing of the Republican Study Committees long-time executive director Paul Teller.
It is clear that the conservative movement has come under attack on Capitol Hill today, the statement reads.

Nicely done Norm, nicely done.
McTraitor, surely you don’t mean KY’s Addison Mitchell McConnell, Jr. People there believe in the man, but hardly a one can tell you why.
That’s right Cantor and McCarthy would be no different from Boehner at all. What can you expect from VA and CA but more failure?
Or ‘Somebody Else Pays’.
Thanks. I just wish more people would hold these ‘conservatives to account because to this day they are all over right wing websites making excuses for both themselves and the GOP and continuing to urge people to stay the course with the ever leftward GOP.
And mark my words, as the mid terms get closer, they will be right back in full force with the same pattern: “If we don’t keep the incumbent/elect the new liberal GOP candidate then it’s a vote for Obama!” “They can WIN!” And all that horsecrap.
Folks, stop them now. And make sure they have no voice to effect any coming elections. No one needs me to tell them squat when all they have to do is look at the very real results of “lesser evil” voting.
They helped lose an unloseable election by convincing people only their way could win. Their actions helped push aside actual conservatives in favor of libs who LOST in many cases, and raced to the left when they did win.
Those are the facts. They made the problem worse. Don’t let them do it again.
Not very likely, wait to see the disappointing primary returns from KY, SC, TN, MS, and even TX. We'll lost them all.
when it gets this far gone the only thing that will work is civil disobedience (but that won't happen without a major economic collapse )
mcpain... mcnasty... mccommie... mccain.
I honestly think Sen Cruz will come through with something on this one. There are still procedural moves to stop the fascist Dem takeover. There needs to be a shutdown and more to shock this nation into taking fiscal responsibility. Traitors like McCain and Boehner need to step aside.
You are absolutely correct.
CORVA had a bunch of great folks working for it back in Off-Road.com days. And most likely still do. But they tried to work within a system designed to use them as cannon fodder. They loved us since we went for the Greenies/BLM public throat. Which due to the nature of their political approach, they could not.
And thats why their approach fails. And why Cali and pretty much everywhere else, loses their rights/land.
Maybe soon there will be more of us then of them.

Hopefully your defeatist attitude will not spread. Other than despicable creatures such as Boehner, folks giving up is something which we do NOT need-—especially in a year of great promise such as 2014.
Defeatist attitude backed up by past election returns
