Millit is the judge who has said despicable, diabolical things about unborn children. It’s a sad day when this woman is on such a high court, when she should be in hell.

Now taking odds on whether Republicans restore minority rights when (if) they get control back. I bet the New York Times could talk them into it.

Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) voted with Democrats
This, in Obama's eyes, equals "bipartisanship."
What a lying liar.
Oh, and thanks for nothing, Murkowski.

What will happen is that the DC circuit, like the 9th, will begin to have most of its opinions overturned.

Have the Republicans done any of the things they threatened, like slowwalking ever nomination and piece of legislation? Like refusing unanimous consent and requiring a vote on every action of the Senate? Have they actually done anything? Or did they merely feign outrage like a pro wrestler after being hit by a folding chair, but then go back to a shared locker room with the offender and laugh about the rubes they fooled today?

She has served in the Department of Justice for both Democratic and Republican Presidents.
Must mean Bushes as well as Clintoon and Obama. Hardly a kind of approval. The Bushes were hardly paragons of Constitutionality.

The destruction of individual liberty continues. Protection of the minority? Not under the Democratic party, the party of slavery, segregation, the welfare state and infanticide.

The DC court is the one making the decision about the F&F Executive Order I believe.
That decision had been due to come down soon. My suspicion is that Obama wanted to pack the court in order to change the outcome.
