The doctors will be forced to join unions who will bargain for higher salaries and working conditions. The unions will come through for them and viola, we have a goal of the Rats-unionization of the entire now centrally controlled health care system.

More union members is the reason unions have been trying to get nationalized healthcare for many years.

Doctors unionize in all socialized medical systems.
