The co-CEO of Archie Comics is being sued for gender discrimination after she allegedly stalked her male colleagues and referred to them as "penis" rather than using their actual names.
But Nancy Silberkleit's lawyer says the lawsuit is bogus because white men aren't members of a "protected class," reports the New York Daily News.
The $3.25-million lawsuit by five Archie employees alleges Silberkleit used her "gender as a weapon" by yelling "Penis! Penis! Penis!" during a meeting.
What's more, the plaintiffs allege she used the term for their names regularly, brought Hells Angels to the office to intimidate them, repeatedly made reference to her late husband's handgun and 750 rounds of ammo supposedly kept in the office and stalked employees and their families.
Silberkleit has denied the allegations, calling them "cruel and mean and inaccurate."
The 59-year-old took over the role of co-CEO after her husband's death in 2008.

Or Venus, or pianist.
She hates men? Maybe she can get a job with NOW..
I do something like that all the time when I mean to mash “Private Reply” and instead hit “Post.” Ugh.
The spin on this is that she just likes saying "penis" all the time and this attraction to the word or compulsion led her to refer to employees with the word.
That explanation is fishy, but it may not have been a gender or feminist or man-hating thing -- just a "being a jerk in general" thing.
Still, the employees should have a pretty good case against her just for throwing the word around in the office.
You’ve got to be kidding me.
Well, zombies are really popular right now...in the 1960s, Archie did spoofs of superhero & superspy stories.
Three words: mother-in-law.

Just call her by her hyphenated last name in a German accent....Silverclite!
That kind of thing seems relatively harmless - we are talking about comic books here. It was that, in combination with the homosexual ‘marriage’ theme that had me in disbelief, but it makes sense considering the apparent rot at the top.
You win...although with Jeannie you might have to deal with the Blue Djinn.
Of course, one of the problems with Endora is that she's smart. The Blue Djinn? Not so much.
I heard about this lunatic. I didn’t realize she was w/Archie comics. This certainly explains the direction the comic has gone in.
Wow.
Crazy to the Bone
Who reads Archie Comics??
Japanese amime?
Is that a joke?
