That, standing alone, says just about everything. The fact is that this man, along with Jarrett, both Emanuels, and many of their other fellow travelers, are driven by a deeply held conviction that they know what is best for everyone, and that their ideology is the correct and superior one, and anything they have to do to consolidate and keep their power and perpetuate their ability to push forward their agenda is justified. It really is that simple.
