What I meant was the criminals from the black underclass. Yes, step on all criminals. But the criminals going around attacking people, black and white, in American cities are virtually all black. There is no ignoring the fact that a highly disproportional number of black males engage in criminal activities. Unless drastic measures are taken, we are looking at the same problems fifty to one hundred years down the road.
Dr. Ben Carson was from the black "underclass" of Baltimore. Define me an underclass. How do you know that some attacker is not from an "upper class," hm? or a "middle class."
