Washington (CNN) -- Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, one of Obamacare's architects and staunchest supporters, is also the only top congressional leader to exempt some of his staff from having to buy insurance through the law's new exchanges.

Which means they can enroll in the luxury low deductible "Platinum" plan because you and I are footing the bill for the enormous premiums.

They are getting a de facto exemption from Obama Care. They are going to pay no more than they did before 0-Kare kicked in. We will have to pay more for less and for unwanted coverage while the Congressional staffers and all Representatives and Senators will not

They are paid by the TAXPAYERS. Anything they ‘pay’, let alone the ‘subsidy’, comes out of the Treasury.
