I wonder if the city/taxpayers can petition for clawback of campaign contributins. (one year limit to insiders)

For clawback purposes, it’s difficult to identify the quid pro quo. The corruption is so pervasive and profoundly systemic that it is virtually impossible difficult to link tax credits, deferments, takings, contracts, user fees, rates, grants and so forth to campaign contributions. Of course, the media won’t help you either, unless they can nail a Republican.

ONLY TERM LIMITS CAN BEGIN TO ADDRESS THIS. Incumbency is the single greatest corrupting influence of our entire political system.
