I remember in college Anatomy and Physiology lab we had to dissect open fetal pigs. The internal organs do resemble human anatomy. I still have the kit of blades and pins we had to purchase as students.

As do the internal organs of any mammal. There are larger differences in the surface antigens of the cells that form the organs.
