Did you read what I said? The Catholic vote went for Obama by a very small majority, and slightly less than the national average. Hardly what I'd call "very dependable." I'd look for the Republican to get a slight Catholic majority in 2016.

And the "only five times in history" argument doesn't hold much water, since the democrat party wasn't always the enemy of freedom and basic morality.
