My cousin lives in Pittsburgh. When she was about at the end of her roap, she started an emergency call and message service for doctors from her home. PGH is glutted with busy doctors.
Within two years she had a ton of clients and ten employees and is doing very well. It required no training at all, just a good telephone personality and efficiency...and a willingness to be on call at all hours of the day and night.
But it allowed her to be at home with her children and the pay was fairly lucrative right from the start.

Do you have any talents that you use at home that you enjoy like making graphics for FR or anything like that? I did specialty graphics, logos, designed billboards and signs for local businesses. I’ve done holiday cards and wedding invitations.
At tax season, I did taxes. Flyers and event announcements for groups and churches, There is always a market for skills.
Until my health went completely off the charts, it was decent bread money.
If you have wit and can write, depending on where you live, pick a subject that you think people would be interested in and check into writing a filler column for your local newspaper. Send samples. You might be shocked.
Trust me, just think about thngs you do everyday that maybe other people don’t or won’t and just sell yourself. You would be surprised at how many things that seem easy for you are difficult for others.
Good luck.
