Flip the ticket and have ‘Ole Joe run as Pres and The Imposter run as his VP.
Then after inauguration, declare Biden incompetant from the stress of the race and elevate The Imposter to Pres.

In order to be VP under the Constitution, you have to be eligible to be President. So BO could not be VP. (Of course, they could disregard the Constitution, but then why not just leave the ticket the way it is?)
