Yep. M-80, cherry bomb-type kid’s stuff. Nothing particularly worrisome nor major. Radical anarchist or Marxist kids have been doing this low-level crap for years from time to time “outside the gates.” And NO, it is NOT representative of the Japanese people. Just in case somebody is tempted to go ballistic here against all of Japan.
