Comet hyautake (sp) looked awesome from the Indian Ocean in March of 1996.

Maybe so but I don't spend any time in the Indian Ocean so I guess I missed it. I don't think it is right that a comet should only be seen from some remote corner of the Earth that nobody ever goes to except some oil tankers or Navy ships.

I would just like to take the opportunity here to register my disapproval and bewilderment.
