2. They OBVIOUSLY don't understand ANYTHING about insurance or business practices. Exactly why the government - and these yahoos in particular - are in way over their heads... to our detriment.

Please stop calling it insurance.
If the premiums are not based on risk (or do not exist at all,) it's NOT insurance!
