No,they won’t.Already got that covered.Rush just said there is language in the bill that says if the Senate changes hands in 2014 the rule goes back to 60.Rules for thee but not for me.

Then if the Senate changes hands the Republicans can just change the rule back.

A majority in the Senate can change Senate rules at any time (U.S. Constitution, Article I, section 5, clause 2). No Senate can bind a future Senate. In other words, it’s reversable.
