Probably because mayors all over America are quietly ordering their police departments to ignore and try to cover up these attacks.
That is shameful. In the one image they are showing I wonder about the SUV parked at the end of the alley the door was open did it belong to one of those in the group?
And the local media help them cover it up. It is the iron triangle of politics, media and business.
