Part of what O’Keefe learned from Breitbart was the tactic of letting the story dribble out. By showing one of six videos and then dribbling out information, it is harder to refute or dismiss and the coverage is harder to bury as the anticipation makes for better coverage and makes diversion tactics impossible.
Yeah, that was a lesson learned back from the whole Clinton/Paula Jones scandal. Had it been handled differently at the start Clinton would have been caught in a cascading series of escalating lies.
So my guess on this is that there’s video of an Obamacare navigators training session where a HHS big wig explicitly directs them to facilitate fraud to get people into the system.
