Like your comment and I would add the end is single payer.
I think that all this fooling around about the website is just crap. Single payer is where this is headed and they are all just stalling for the right time.
They will break it so completely that the populace will demand single payer.
They'll create a major health scare too-- a virus, or a terror attack, to maim the remaining system.
They smell absolute power, they can taste it.
