How can it be when it doesn't make national news? Most of the people in this country are too busy watching circuses to notice invaders...
This was really my (poorly couched) point... how did this not hit every news program and twitter account across the country?
It would seem that even the news media fears what might happen... and I am guessing that the IRS has opted to let this one quietly be closed on its own: for had they lost on appeal, then the scope of this case would indeed be larger and easier to replicate... even without a jury.
