Good for you. That weapon’s there to deal with fate if it ever comes after you, never to go after fate. I’ve had a permit since 1995 and never had to pull my carry weapon in anger. As far as the Amish are concerned, I stay away from significant concentrations of the young males as though they were the Plague, just so I will not have to pull the weapon in anger.
