Tribune editors have to ask themselves these questions: Would they report suspect race if this type of violence involved white teens robbing and terrorizing black shop owners? If the answer is yes, then the paper's racist.
The Tribune also needs to ask themselves if their reluctance to report on black crime has anything to do with blacks propping up the white liberal elite power structure that runs Chicago?
