Yeah, sure looks like the Tea Party LOST to me:

“Both opposed the health overhaul, but Riser wanted only repeal. McAllister said repeal had no chance with Democrats leading the Senate, so he said Congress should work on improvements to the law.”

...unless “improving the law” is the new tea Party memo I must have missed...

McAlliister was an “outsider”, but sounds like a “Moderate” at best based on the article.

The article was written by the Associated Press. Did you really expect them to say anything other than implying “another Tea Party candidate lost”.

We’ll see how his voting record turns out.
