Seriously, when packs of wild dogs exist in your area, you do not go out alone or unarmed. And any stray dogs you see are suspect. If they approach your group of two or more, you mentally prepare yourself to be attacked, and without hesitation you defend yourself if attacked.
The analogy carries over to individual or groups of young black men. If they approach your group, assume malevolence, unless they are known to you, and any sign of threat or menace means that you prepare to brandish and fire your weapons.
While it is typically not done in polite society, if approached by a young black man, at 10 feet or so, bark out the word “Halt!” If they halt, ask their business. If they do not halt, assume an attack.
It’s not even just the black males anymore, there have been incidents of black females ganging up on lone non-blacks and robbing and beating them.
